Understanding the Essence of Awareness
Throughout the MindfulLiving™ program, you will immerse yourself in the very essence of *Awareness*. This represents being consciously tuned in to the world around you. It encompasses the capacity to perceive, sense, feel, or mindfully apprehend the unfolding of events.

- Engage in daily introspection.
- Document your aspirations, strategies, and priorities.
- Witness the evolving Awareness of your unique personality.
- Recognise the perspectives that shape situations and truths.
- Cultivate meditation and other mindfulness practices.

Greetings from Your MindfulLiving™ Coach
Greetings! I’m Shery Clein, your Personal Coach specialising in mindfulness meditation.
I understand your pursuit of fulfilment, health, and prosperity, yet you might face frustration and challenges. One contributing factor could be the struggle to embrace change—yearning for circumstances to align with your desires rather than accepting them as they are.
To overcome obstacles and infuse your life with more profound significance, embrace the present moment. This entails cultivating Awareness of unfolding experiences. In the realm of techniques, mindfulness meditation is a potent practice you’ll master during this course.

I recommend immersing yourself in this module at your own pace. Consistent practice will encourage dedicating quality time to your well-being, which lays the groundwork for liberating yourself for a grander purpose. The MindfulLiving™ course empowers you to train your mind, fostering clarity and openness to realise your full human potential.
