Tune In, Turn On, Awaken the New You – Curated by Shery Clein, Your MindfulLiving™ Coach

Welcome to the Beginning of Your MindfulLiving™ Journey
This introductory exercise sets the stage for your transformative process. We begin with a powerful foundational practice: establishing clarity around your intentions and commitment to mindfulness.
What is Foundational Awareness?
Awareness is the bedrock of mindfulness—a profound yet simple practice that invites you to engage fully with the present moment without judgment. It is the ability to turn attention inward, observing your thoughts, feelings, and sensations as they arise without getting caught up in them. This non-reactive observation allows you to step back from the mind’s constant chatter, fostering greater clarity, peace, and self-understanding. By cultivating this awareness, you learn to respond to life’s challenges with wisdom and compassion, enriching your overall well-being.
Guided Reflection: Please Complete the Questionnaire Below
We have prepared questions to guide your reflection on this essential practice. Please retrieve your journal and take a moment to answer them thoughtfully. Writing your answers down will help ground your practice and learning in a way that simply thinking about them cannot.
- A PDF download is available below. This is useful if you prefer a printed copy or wish to revisit the questions later.
- Use your journal to write down your detailed thoughts and feelings as you progress through the questions.

Here are the three key questions to consider as you embark on your MindfulLiving™ journey:
1. What Drew You to the MindfulLiving™ Program?
Consider what truly motivated you to start this journey. Reflect on any of the following triggers that might be relevant:
- Sleep disturbances, stress, or worries that disrupt your peace.
- Health issues prompting you to seek mindfulness solutions.
- Difficulty concentrating and a desire to fully engage in life.
- (Feel free to add other personal reasons that resonate with you.)
2. Ascertain Your Positive Points (Existing Strengths)
While seeking improvement is essential, it’s also crucial to acknowledge your existing strengths. Take a moment to recognise your core qualities, which are often overlooked:
- Reflect on what friends or family appreciate most about you.
- Identify your core strengths and envision how they can support you in achieving your MindfulLiving™ goals.
3. Planning Your Practice Schedule
Establishing a consistent practice time and designated place is critical for success and commitment. Consider these tips:
- Choose a time when you can focus without interruptions.
- Designate a quiet space conducive to mindfulness practice.
- Commit to a specific daily schedule, ensuring consistency.
- Prepare for each week’s practices in advance to maintain momentum.
- (Optional): Briefly share any specific areas you’d like to focus on with mindfulness (e.g., focus, relaxation).
Thank you for completing this exercise. Your thoughtful responses will be invaluable as you embark on your MindfulLiving™ journey.
