Adapted by Shery Clein, MindfulLiving™ Coach – Nurturing Awareness Intelligence
Self-compassion is simply giving the same kindness to ourselves that we would give to others.
Congratulations, You Are Amazing!
Paying attention to colours is essential to our MindfulLiving™ journey. Colours evoke various emotions and reactions, serving as powerful exercises that help us connect more deeply with our inner experiences. This module is colour-coded pink, symbolising self-compassion, love, and nurturing. By focusing on pink, we enhance our awareness and appreciation of these qualities within ourselves. As you continue your journey through MindfulLiving™: Module 7 – Self-Compassion Mastery, you enter the Pink Zone—a beautiful and significant topic. Here are a few intriguing points to consider:
- What does your favourite colour say about you? Understanding the traits associated with your colour preferences can reveal your strengths and areas for growth, helping you connect with others and enhance your self-awareness.
- The Meaning of Pink: Pink symbolises unconditional love and nurturing. It embodies compassion, kindness, and a gentle approach to life.
- The Combination of Colours: Pink is a blend of red and white. While red brings energy and passion, white adds purity and openness. This combination fosters insight and success. The deeper the pink, the more passion and vitality it conveys.
- Feminine and Romantic: Pink is often associated with femininity and romance. It represents affection, intimacy, thoughtfulness, and care, softening the intensity of red with a gentle, loving energy.
As your MindfulLiving™ Coach, Shery Clein, I’m here to nurture your awareness and intelligence throughout this module. Embrace this journey of self-compassion, and let the energy of pink guide you.

Before You Begin…
- It’s time to focus, concentrate, and get started. Remember, all our dreams can come true if we dare to pursue them.
- Recommendation: A minimum commitment of seven days (one week) is recommended, with about one hour per day allocated to your practice.
- Setting the Scene: Turn off your phone and all devices to create a distraction-free environment. Find a comfortable space that fosters focused learning.
- Establishing a Routine: The best results come from a dedicated routine with specific time slots for meditation and worksheet completion.
- Long-term Goal: The ultimate goal is to integrate mindfulness into your daily lifestyle as a lasting practice!
