Thank You for Embracing Mindful Yoga!
Yoga is a time-honoured practice that unites the body, mind, and breath, fostering physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Through mindful movements and intentional breathing, yoga invites you to cultivate a deeper awareness of your body while releasing tension and calming the mind.

However, it’s important to remember that yoga is not about pushing your limits or striving for perfection. Overextending yourself can lead to discomfort or injury. Always listen to your body, honour its boundaries, and move at a proper pace. As B.K.S. Iyengar (an influential yoga teacher) reminds us, “Yoga is a light, which, once lit, will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter your flame.”
By practising yoga mindfully and with self-compassion, you’ll experience its many benefits—improved flexibility, reduced stress, and a stronger connection to yourself. Congratulations on making yoga a part of your wellness routine! Your commitment to mindful movement is inspiring, and I encourage you to continue embracing this practice at your own pace without overextending.
I appreciate your dedication to your health and well-being. I’m here to support you on this journey, and I look forward to seeing your continued growth with MindfulLiving™.
Warm regards,
Shery Clein, MindfulLiving™ Coach 🩵
