Connecting Hearts, Deepening Understanding
Congratulations, you are amazing!
Theme Title: “Listening”
Welcome to Module 6 of the MindfulLiving™ course. In this module, we explore Compassionate Communication, focusing on the importance of listening to others and ourselves
This week, we invite you to experience two new meditations: Mountain Meditation and Lake Meditation. These shorter practices (20 minutes) offer a refreshing change from the usual 30-minute sessions. Feel free to incorporate one of them into your practice this week, and if you prefer to maintain the 30-minute duration, add 10 minutes of silent meditation.

The Curriculum: 7 Powerful Elements
Here is an overview of the practices you’ll be engaging with in this module:
- Formal Practice
- Body Scan
- Sitting Meditation
- Mountain Meditation or Lake Meditation (try at least one day this week)
- Yoga

Practice Descriptions
- Body Scan: A guided meditation that helps you focus attention on different parts of your body, promoting relaxation and increasing body awareness.
- Sitting Meditation: This practice involves sitting in stillness, bringing your focus to your breath, thoughts, or bodily sensations to cultivate mindfulness and present-moment awareness.
- Mountain Meditation or Lake Meditation: Using nature imagery (mountains or lakes), these visualisations guide you to a state of calm and centredness. We encourage you to try at least one of these meditations this week.
- Yoga: A series of physical postures combined with breathing exercises that promote both physical and mental well-being.

Shifting to the Interpersonal
