ā¤ For most of us, moments of mindfulness happen unexpectedlyāperhaps while walking on a mountain trail, being intensely focused on work or play, or connecting with someone so profoundly that time seems to stand still. This state of being fully present in the moment is always available, yet it often eludes us, especially in times of stress or external pressure.
ā¤ “Mindfulness” is used in many contexts today, and various interpretations exist. My favourite definition is “Paying attention to present-moment experience with open curiosity and a willingness to be with what is.”
