Cultivating Awareness Intelligence

Congratulations! Module 5 has ended. Before we wrap up, I want to remind you that “one of the best things in life is finding someone who knows all your flaws, mistakes, and weaknesses and still thinks you’re amazing.”
A Final Thought on Concentration: Nothing can add more power to your life than focusing all your energies on a few select goals.
Final Reality Check on Health Considerations:
-
- Physical Limitations: You must know that you can modify practices to suit your body’s needs. Being mindful of your limits and adjusting practices accordingly is mindfulness in action.
-
- Emotional Well-being: Whether or not you have physical limitations, complicated feelings or memories may arise during the course. Please know that support is available. If you need help, take a break and contact me at shery@sheryclein.com for a free counselling session.
-
- Professional Care: If you’re already under the care of a counsellor or doctor, please inform them of your participation in this program and keep them updated on your experience.
Five Key Factors for Good Health:
-
- Diet
-
- Rest
-
- Exercise
-
- Posture
-
- Avoiding Alcohol, Drugs, and Tobacco
Evaluate where you stand in these areas and focus on improving your weakest points.

-
- Diet Goals for Better Health: Poor eating habits contribute to chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and poor bone health. Good nutrition is vital to balanced well-being.
-
- Rest for Enhanced Wellness: Insufficient sleep is linked to obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Therefore, rest should be prioritised as much as nutrition and exercise for overall health.
-
- Exercise Habits: Regular exercise helps control weight, boosts mood, and reduces stress. Aim for 150 minutes of moderate aerobic or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week, and incorporate strength training at least twice weekly.
-
- Practice Good Posture: Poor posture can lead to fatigue, circulation issues, and musculoskeletal problems. Be mindful of your posture to support overall health.
-
- Limit Alcohol and Tobacco Use: Moderate drinking is one drink per day for women and two for men. Smoking harms nearly every organ of the body and increases the risk of serious illnesses, including cancer and heart disease.

Thank you for participating in and dedicating yourself to Module 5: Pain-Free Living. We sincerely appreciate your commitment to this journey. As you move forward, remember to embrace journaling, reflection, and meditation to deepen your mindfulness and well-being.
We look forward to seeing you in the next exciting module, where you will continue cultivating awareness and growth. 💜 Wishing you health, prosperity, and inner peace. Shery Clein MindfulLiving™ Coach, Nurturing Awareness Intelligence
