Now, more than ever we are increasingly taking on more roles, we tend to put ourselves last. Continuous TV, screen time and no fresh air in nature. We put our jobs, children and house before our own health. We claim to have less and less time to be physically active and exercise.
No more excuses! Start the week on a good note with a slow gentle quiet feel good walk in the Park and experience a beautiful guided meditation.
