What is Mindfulness Coaching?

  • Mindfulness Coaching assists with “being in the moment” or “being present” without judgement or losing focus on “what’s happening right now”.

  • The past exists only in our memories, the future only in our plans. The present is our only reality.
  • Mindfulness is feeling, thinking and doing, specifically in the moment, without being influenced by events or emotions that aren’t relevant to your immediate goal.

The Benefits of Mindfulness

The practice has been around for centuries in Eastern traditions; the 1970s saw the fields of clinical psychology and psychiatry developing several Mindfulness-related applications and programs that have proved to assist in managing physical and mental health.
