Repetition and Experiential Learning
As you move through each module, you’ll notice certain elements intentionally repeated—whether in meditations, yoga practices, or key concepts. This repetition is purposeful: it reinforces experiential learning, helping you internalise and embody mindfulness more deeply. Instead of revisiting entire modules, key practices are included within the sections they relate to, making them easy to access and apply as you go. By returning to these techniques, you’ll gradually strengthen your mindfulness skills and enhance your ability to respond with greater presence in daily life.

Weekly Breakdown and Resources
- Formal Practice – Begin each morning with a 15-minute meditation, focusing on breath awareness.
- Informal Practice – Bring mindfulness into daily activities such as eating, walking, or conversations.
- Journaling Practice – Keep a mindfulness journal to track your progress and deepen your insights.
Accommodating Your Needs
If you have limited mobility, you can adapt your yoga practice by focusing on breathwork or seated movements. For emotional challenges, you are encouraged to reach out to Shery Clein or consult a professional counsellor for additional support.
Course Certification
Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate along with a comprehensive toolkit to help you navigate life with mindfulness, emotional resilience, and inner peace.
The Beginnings of MBSR Research (3 min)
MBSR research began over 40 years ago and has since built a strong foundation of peer-reviewed studies confirming the benefits of mindfulness meditation. Findings highlight improvements in conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety.
